Circle Training and Support provides practical guidance and bespoke support tailored for the Early Years sector. We partner with you to achieve excellence, whether you need to design and implement a robust, ongoing training programme or require effective, sensitive support and consultancy when challenges arise.
Our team is composed of seasoned Early Years professionals whose collective experience spans every facet of early childhood education and care. This includes former Ofsted Early Years Regulatory Inspectors, education lecturers, seasoned nursery and Children & Family Centre managers, teachers, Early Years Atelieristas, and forest school leaders—in short, a comprehensive range of hands-on expertise.
We specialize in critical areas such as safeguarding, positive behaviour management, attachment, self-regulation, inclusive practice, and effective communication (for both children and adults).
